1. Services

BasuraBye provides junk removal and hauling services in the New York area. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including for items we are unable to safely or legally transport.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided by phone, text, or online form are estimates only. Final pricing is determined on-site based on the actual volume and type of items to be removed. You are under no obligation to accept the on-site quote. If you accept the quote, payment is due upon completion of service.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit card, and other payment methods as disclosed at the time of booking. Prices include all labor, hauling, and standard disposal fees unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time prior to our crew's arrival at no charge. If our crew has already arrived and you cancel, a trip fee may apply. We will do our best to accommodate same-day rescheduling requests based on availability.

5. Customer responsibilities

By booking with BasuraBye, you represent and warrant that:

You are the owner of the items to be removed, or you have the legal authority to authorize their removal

The items do not include hazardous materials, biohazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals, paint, or any other materials we are prohibited from transporting

You will provide safe and reasonable access to the items and the property

BasuraBye is not responsible for any items removed at your direction that you later claim were removed in error.

6. Property damage

We take care when working in and around your property. If damage occurs as a direct result of our crew's negligence, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We are licensed and insured and will work with you to address legitimate claims. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by circumstances outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BasuraBye's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Website use

The content on basurabye.com is provided for general informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

9. Communications consent
